My story
I'm a fourth-generation Denver native, and real estate has been part of my family since 1946, when my great-grandfather founded Denver Hardware, a building supply company that helped build this city. I graduated from Regis Jesuit High School and the University of Northern Colorado. I've been a licensed real estate broker since 2006, with more than 150 successfully closed transactions.
Experience that goes beyond the transaction

How I got here
- 2006: Started out helping a few friends buy their first homes.
- 2009: Bought my first rental, a condo, and served as board president of its HOA, which taught me how associations really run.
- 2010: Started doing fix and flips, then moved on to pop-tops, row homes, and new builds as the market changed. Along the way I learned everything from finding the right property to financing, design, construction, and sale, not to mention what you find behind the walls once the work begins.
- 2014: Bought into a franchise. Over twelve years we grew it to more than 25 employees and $1 million in annual revenue before selling it in 2026.
- 2016: Invested in multiple local rental portfolios where I helped to source the properties and was heavily involved in on- and off-site construction meetings.
- 2019: Brought leasing and management in-house. As Managing Broker of eVelo Property Management, I helped oversee more than 100 rental properties across the Denver metro area, along with multiple commercial properties.
- 2024: Real estate consultant and licensed Realtor with The Nest Team at Compass.
