Market statistics

Market data

Metro-wide snapshot: Denver Metro Association of REALTORS® (DMAR) Market Trends Report, September 2026, 11-county Denver metro, residential (detached and attached), data from REcolorado. Month-over-month changes compare September with August 2026; year-over-year changes compare with September 2025.

Area and city tables: Local Market Update, August 2026, REcolorado data compiled by the Colorado Association of REALTORS®. Percent changes compare August 2026 with August 2025.

Places not in that report come from two other REcolorado sources. REcolorado FastStats covers Federal Heights and Morrison, with all property types combined and days on market shown as the median days in MLS, so those figures are not comparable with the single-family and townhome figures elsewhere. The 2025 REcolorado Annual Report supplies Boulder's yearly median closed price. Places with too few sales to report a reliable median are noted on the market page.

Days on market is an average, not a median, unless noted. Single-family homes and townhomes or condos are separate markets and are shown separately. A single month in a small market can swing sharply, so months with fewer than 20 sales are marked “small sample”; use the year-to-date median for those. Figures are market information, not a valuation of any specific home, and are not a forecast.

Each write-up is summarized from the public sources below. Where sources disagreed on a date, size or name origin, the detail was left out or described as an account rather than a fact. Distances and dates are approximate and worth confirming before you rely on them.

Sources for the neighborhood and town guides

Each guide was written in my own words from the sources listed under it, checked in October 2026. Figures and businesses change; confirm anything that matters before you rely on it. Price figures on the guides come from the market tables above.
