What we collect

Only what you send us

DenverHomeAdvisor.com is a static website. It has no user accounts, no login, and it does not store visitor data in a database. The only personal information it handles is what you type into a contact form: your name, email address, phone number if you include it, and your message, along with the page you sent it from and, for listing inquiries, the property address.

Visitor traffic is measured with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views and performance without cookies, without fingerprinting and without tracking you across other sites. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels or remarketing.

How it is used

To reply to you

Form submissions are checked for spam and then emailed to Geoffry Kaatz at geoffry.kaatz@compass.com, a Compass email account, so he can reply. The email is sent through Resend, a transactional email service, which processes the message for delivery. If you check the newsletter box, your email address is used to send The Nest monthly newsletter, which you can stop at any time by replying or emailing Geoffry.

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with anyone other than the service providers needed to deliver it, described below. Information from a form may be kept in Geoffry's email and client records for as long as it is useful to the conversation you started and as required by Colorado real estate recordkeeping rules.

Services the site relies on

Third parties that may see technical data

• Cloudflare hosts the site, serves it through its network and provides the analytics above. Cloudflare processes your IP address and request details to deliver pages and defend against attacks, and may set a short-lived security cookie on its own behalf. Cloudflare privacy policy.
• Cloudflare Turnstile, when enabled on the contact form, checks that a submission comes from a person rather than a bot. It runs on Cloudflare's servers and may process your IP address and browser details for that purpose only.
• Google Fonts supplies the typefaces. Your browser requests the font files from Google's servers, which means Google receives your IP address and the page that requested the font. Google privacy policy.
• Resend delivers form submissions by email and processes the message contents to do so. Resend privacy policy.
• Compass operates the home search this site links to, the listing pages, and the agent profile pages. Once you follow a link to Compass.com, Compass's own policies apply. Compass privacy center.

Cookies

None of our own

This site does not set its own cookies and does not need a cookie banner. Your browser may store a small preference locally, such as which tab of a guide you last opened, and that information never leaves your device. The security cookie Cloudflare may set is described above.

Ask and we will act

You can ask what information Geoffry holds about you from this site, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or opt out of the newsletter, by emailing geoffry.kaatz@compass.com or calling 303-517-9671. Colorado residents have additional rights under the Colorado Privacy Act; the same contact handles those requests.

This site is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them.
